FRDA possesses specific company expertise in designing and delivering training courses tailored to unique customers with demanding standards.  Course offerings include instruction intended to prepare students to operate securely and effectively in a variety of environments from traditional to high-threat and austere locations.  Instruction is further designed to educate students on how to properly and successfully navigate the complex political and bureaucratic aspects of service in foreign environments.

FRDA’s provision of training has encompassed cradle-to-grave development and delivery to include course design and scheduling, syllabus development, provision of instructors and instruction, practical exercises, student evaluation and guidance, etc. FRDA SMEs have fulfilled multiple client engagements from the tactical to strategic level, including pre-deployment planning, coordination, execution, and after action reporting.
